Show updates
When you sign up, we save your email, optional city, signup time and consent to receive Hardbodies Live show news and offers. Joining the list is optional. We do not sell your contact details. You can ask to unsubscribe or delete your information at any time by emailing Hardbodieslive25@gmail.com. Marketing emails must also provide an unsubscribe option.
Private party inquiries
We save the contact and event details you submit so Hardbodies Live can review and respond to your request. Sending an inquiry does not add you to the marketing list and does not confirm a booking. Records are accessible only through the owner dashboard.
Guest reviews
We save your display name, email, show details, review and publication permission. Only approved review text and your chosen display name appear publicly. Your email and submitted show details remain private. Contact us to request removal.
Casting, tickets and social links
Casting applications and photo uploads are handled through Tally. Avenue Ticket handles ticket purchases and payment information. This website does not collect card details. External services, including social platforms, have their own privacy policies.
Storage and protection
Form records are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. We use access restrictions and basic abuse controls, including a daily hashed network identifier for submission rate limiting. Contact records are kept while needed to respond, manage the mailing list or maintain the permitted review. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
